Motivation is sometimes difficult to maintain, especially for those who suffer from low self-esteem. However, the motivation is integral to our ability to achieve our goals, and even the tasks of our lives. We require daily motivation at work, home, gym, and still play. Sometimes depression can rob us of the motivation and we stagnate. This is a difficult term to the lack of motivation keeps us in the tasks, which is not the same as for most people.
